Refund policy

Thank you for choosing GL Glow. We are committed to delivering high-quality beauty and natural skincare and haircare products along with dependable customer service. While we take great care in product quality and packaging, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Products must also be returned in their original packaging.

Certain products are not eligible for refunds. This includes perishable items, personalized items, and products sensitive to temperature changes. Some butters and natural formulations may soften or melt during shipping due to heat exposure. These products can typically be restored by placing them in a cool environment or refrigerator. For this reason, they are not eligible for refund due to weather-related texture changes.

To request a refund, you must email info@glglowbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

After your request is received, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the refund requirements.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times typically range from 7 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.

GL Glow does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
