I just placed an order. When will it ship?
GL GLOW processes orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.
After shipping, standard delivery times range from 15 to 21 business days depending on location and carrier delays.
Tracking information is usually updated within 3 to 5 business days after the order ships. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days after placing your order, contact us at info@glglowbeauty.com.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
GL GLOW offers refunds only for damaged or defective products.
Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original purchase amount.
Include your name and order number with all return shipments.
If your order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible and refunds may not be issued for incorrect delivery details.
